At Full Circle Feedback we focus heavily on coaching processes as we know that feedback via coaching is a powerful way to assist people gain self awareness and develop key management and leadership skills. Our one on one and group coaching processes focus on diagnosing, and then addressing, individual needs. Coaching participants receive their own tailored program which is consistent with their individual, as well as their employer’s, needs and goals. The coaching program is structured in its approach and integrates adult learning materials. Participants are supported with first class materials.

Our typical approach is outlined below:

Step 1- Understand client needs

  • Ensure that coaching is the best intervention for our client
  • Establish links to existing organisational systems, e.g. performance management, competency/capability frameworks
  • Interview key stakeholders e.g. Human Resources, the person(s) to be coached and their manager(s)

Step 2 – Plan the coaching strategy

  • Define target audience and project scope
  • Develop the project plan and timelines
  • Agree roles of all involved
  • Agree evaluation criteria

Step 3 – Design the program

  • Design communications including key messages for participants
  • Design the coaching program
  • Produce program materials

Step 4 – Conduct the program

  • Interview or brief participants
  • Use diagnostic tools like 360 degree feedback to assist participants develop insights
  • Conduct coaching sessions based on adult learning principles and action learning
  • Ensure transfer of learning to workplace – work

Step 5 – Evaluate impact

  • Conduct ongoing evaluation at end of each coaching session
  • Design evaluation study and survey items
  • Conduct evaluation survey
  • Provide client with evaluation report
  • Follow up with participants to track ongoing learning transfer
