| The University of Melbourne has been using 360 degree feedback for some years and recently changed supplier to Full Circle Feedback after piloting the process. We have recently conducted a project for the Vice Principals and we are about to commence a project for their Spectrum Leadership Program. We designed a survey based upon The University Executive Competency Framework and conducted one-on-one feedback sessions. We have worked with each individual to create Development Plans and will follow these through over a four month period. Participants were all provided with a Next Steps model and development options.The unique FCF results Tracker will provide a follow up mechanism through the development process. |
