Leadership 360 degree feedback process

We offer an opportunity to get feedback on your leadership performance by participating in our Leadership 360 degree feedback process. The steps are:

• You select a group of people to provide you with feedback (your raters). Please make sure that your raters are willing and able to participate.
• You register your raters on the web following the steps below.
• We will send the survey to all your raters. We will also follow up with reminders to get the surveys are completed.
• We will produce your feedback report and send it to you with a Leaning Guide and on-line coaching resources to assist you interpret the feedback.
• If you wish to have specialist assistance interpreting your feedback and developing an action plan, an optional one-on-one feedback session is available.

• The electronic feedback process, including an emailed feedback report is USD $160 or AUD $220.
• We will contact you at the end of the process to arrange payment via credit card. If you are not completely happy with our service we will not charge.
• Consulting fees for feedback facilitation or ongoing coaching will be discussed and quoted separately.

Rater selection is very important. Please choose people who:

• You would "value" receiving feedback from
• Are in a position to observe you on a regular basis
• Will provide candid, constructive feedback.

You will need the email addresses for your raters.

Easy answer! - Only you or people you give the report to. Full Circle Feedback undertakes to restrict the provision of your report and feedback to you and no one else.
